Michelangelo of Speonk has been managed and run by Carlo Illiano for close to a decade. A long-time employee and manager and now the proud owner of Michelangelo Pizza Restaurant of Speonk as of August 2023!
A native from Napoli, Italy, and a long-time Long Islander, Carlo has had phenomenal experiences running and managing kitchens from Amityville to Southampton and now Speonk. Carlo continues to pour his passion and love for southern Italian food with a NY flair of classics we all love!
