We know the stress of cooking and entertaining guests, we're Italian and have really big families ourselves! So we've figured it all out so you can enjoy the event with some really good food!

We ask least 24 hours advanced notice for most 1/2 tray orders and 48 hours for larger catering orders.

We've been raised to say that there is never too much food! But we understand guidelines are helpful.

1/2 tray serves 6 to 8 people; full tray serves 10 to 12.

However, there are caveats. We suggest every event has pasta, protein, and green for your guests to enjoy. So for 6 to 8 assume that there is one of each for your party!

Feel free to mix and match two 1/2 trays for a full tray. This will provide your guests with a greater selection. If you're a great host, order extra and give your guests some food to take home and enjoy the next day. Trust us when we say baked pasta dishes reheated the next day always taste great!

We include sufficient portions of Italian bread and garlic knots with every order. After all, how are you going to make a Scarpetta with the sauces? 

Racks and Sternos are also available upon request, we ask for a refundable deposit.
